What it's about
There’s a voice inside that never seems to shut up. It tells you you’re not doing enough, not being enough, not getting it right. It questions your choices, your timing, your worth. This voice can be sharp, quiet, relentless, familiar. And no matter how successful, kind, or self-aware you are, it still finds a way in—feeding shame, comparison, resentment, and disconnection.
And when it’s not coming for you, it turns its attention outward—judging others for their flaws, failures, or simply for being different.
You may feel like you want to vanquish it. But that would be losing something incredibly valuable. Because this voice actually has so much to offer you, if you can learn to understand it.
This Lifeshop is a space to get curious about the inner critic: where it came from, how it distorts your perception of yourself and others, and how to relate to it differently. You'll leave…
