Shame tells you you’re bad, wrong, or not enough. Guilt tells you you’ve done something wrong—and it keeps replaying the moment on loop. It’s exhausting, painful, and holding us back.
Most of us carry shame and guilt silently, letting them shape our choices, our relationships, and the way we see ourselves. And then we self-isolate -- hiding, disconnect ourselves, and doubting our worth.
This workshop is for the parts of you that feel ashamed, guilty, or not quite lovable—for the voice that says you’re too much, or not enough. You’re not broken—you’re just stuck in a pattern. Let’s change that.
Through a warm, experiential process, we’ll explore where shame comes from, what it’s trying to protect, and how to loosen its grip.
